Reliable design
Our patented flow is cryogenic adsorption and cold regeneration.
Porcelain ball i n the bottom of tower can make more balance air flow, which not only prevent desiccant in the bottom from soaking, but also prolong desiccant life.
Special designed stainless steel dust strainer can greatly reduce pressure loss.
Special customized high efficiency desiccant can ensure perfect dew point .
Standard configuration for all range is high efficiency poppet valve, which reliability and pressure loss are much more superior to thin film vale, solenoid valve and etc.
Energy saving and environmental protection
Heat exchanger is with high efficiency plate-fin structure which is imported from the West ;
Pre-cooler recovered more than 90% cooling capacity, and reduced load of evaporator efficiently, so total energy consumption is only 70% of congeneric products. ( DPOS: Dew Point Operation System)
DPOS energy saving system can prolong adsorption time and reduce total energy consumption to less than 75%, even in the fluctuate load condition.
All the adsorption tower, valves, piping and etc. are treated with refrigeration heat preservation.
Environmental protection refrigerant for all range products, which compliance with different environmental laws of different countries.
