Since 2003, Risheng has established deep cooperation with China's leading aerodynamic research center, continuously supplying the drying and purification systems required for its wind tunnel testing facilities. These systems meet the demands of wide-range temperature and pressure fluctuations across various experiments.

Over the past two decades, we have witnessed and participated in China's remarkable journey in aerodynamics—from catching up to keeping pace, and ultimately taking the lead. Wind tunnels serve as the “cradle” of aircraft, and dry, reliable compressed air is the indispensable “lifeblood” that powers them.

Technical Breakthrough: 

Delivering Reliable Solutions for Demanding Environments

Risheng's independently developed Hybrid High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Internal Circulation Drying Unit has been recognized under the National Torch Program. Since 2013, it has received multiple repeat orders and achieved widespread adoption in supersonic wind tunnel testing. It consistently delivers dry air with a PDP ≤ -50°C under extreme conditions of high temperature, high humidity, and challenging cooling water—a testament to our relentless pursuit of technological excellence and unwavering commitment to our mission.

To support research on large aviation turbofan engines, Risheng custom-delivered multiple sets of 800 Nm³/min blower dryer units tailored to meet intermittent experimental conditions. In alignment with the customer's operational requirements and customized needs, Risheng remains steadfastly committed to providing energy-efficient, performance-optimized integrated equipment.

Securing the “Crown Jewel”

“A new generation of wind tunnels paves the way for a new generation of aircraft.” The generational leap in wind tunnel capabilities is the prerequisite for realizing next-generation aircraft technology. Risheng participated in the development of the next-generation cryogenic wind tunnel—the “crown jewel of manufacturing”—successfully overcoming the core challenge of achieving stable PDP-70°C and CO₂ concentration ≤1ppm using pure compressed air under low-pressure conditions. From laboratory validation and pilot-scale testing to full-load system trials, its performance consistently exceeded specifications, paving the way for the delivery of a complete suite of drying and purification equipment for the entire project.

Pioneering the Future: 

Safeguarding the “Heart” of China's Large Aircraft

In 2023, Risheng once again delivered a comprehensive solution for an ultra-large cubic drying unit serving a major aerospace engine manufacturer, with a single-unit processing capacity of 96 kg/s (4,800 m³/min). As an industry-defining super-large drying system, it sets new benchmarks in ultra-high-flow, stable industrial gas purification.
